Building Construction Lift Introduction
1. Guide rail system
The construction elevator is equipped with the guide rail system made of 20# steel that is 4.5mm thick.
2. Gear rack
The gear rack is made of 55# steel and its service life is about 10 years.
3. Power system
Same as the engine of a car, the elevating conveyor is the core part of an elevator. The housing is made of 104# GB aluminum to
avoid any cracking. The 94# tin bronze is used to produce the worm gear. Other parts like the worm and fluted disc are made of 38#
chrome green aluminum. Except the bronze worm gear, all other parts aforementioned should experience heat treatment, blackening
and nitride coating. The operating time of the construction hoist is 10 to 15 years.

6. Electrical system

b. With a time delay relay, the construction lift can stop smoothly and steadily.
c. Alarm bell informs users of the starting of the fall arrest device.
d. Failure warning light will send light signals when there is a failure of the motor or electrical system.
7. Protection fence
The outside fence and fence gate are built with plastic-sprayed perforated plate which is one time more expensive than the
expanded plate mesh.
8. Additional scaling ladder
For each construction hoist, two scaling ladders are added to the drive system to ensure more convenient and flexible
installation.
9. Frequency conversion system (optional)

d. Gear shifts can be settled to control the lifting speed
e. The passenger hoist can start and stop stably at constant speed with little noise.
